Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds

The subscription charges paid for getting the Livekeeping Mobile app or its add-ons is non-refundable.

In case you have paid the charges relating to Livekeeping subscription multiple times, please write to us at support@livekeeping.com and we will initiate the necessary procedure to refund your money. In case your payment has been collected by our channel partner and not by Livekeeping Pvt. Ltd., you may request for a full refund of the charges from the channel partner.

To complete your refund, we require receipts or proof of payments.

Once your refund request is received, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you will be required to share your account details for the refund.

Note: The completion of the refund procedure is subject to agencies such as banks, payment gateways.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Transfer of Account

We don’t allow transfer of subscription account, once purchased.



Cancellation Policy

We do not have any cancellation policy, once subscribed for livekeeping, the subscription cannot be cancelled before the subscription end date.

Renewal Policy

Livekeeping Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. Please contact sales@livekeeping.com or your channel partner for livekeeping subscription renewal.
